So many firsts of mine have happened at CTY, and so many of what I'd thought would be my lasts. In 2006, the doctors were certain that I was dying, and the only reason they allowed me to go to CTY that year was because I might not live to go my nomore year. The most difficult question to answer was "Are you coming back next year?" I can't tell you how amazing CTY was at helping me find closure. By the end of those three amazing weeks, I was ready to die, but I never did. I was diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism, and apparently, I had had it for so long that it had caused noticeable brain damage. <br /><br />
