==About Me==
Hi, I'm Aquadrizzt. My real name is Andrew (Andy). I'm a bisexual (and fomosexual) and a member of the Alcove. Unfortunately, I am a two more, and I missed the first two possible years of my CTY experience (I could have been a five year freak). I swim, run and play water polo. I will be a dual-sessioner for the next two years (hopefully) and I'll make the best of the time I have.

I was amazingly bored one rainy Saturday (first Saturday 10.2) and I decided to make a duct tape vest. (Note: This is my first ever duct tape project bigger than a wallet.) After burning through three (or four...) rolls of duct tape, I had a huge sheet of fabric (3' by 5'). The next several hours were spent turning it into a vest (cutting holes, folding and tailoring). Then, Alex, came up to me and told me that the vest would make an excellent Riff Raff costume. Several hours later, a complete Riff Raff vest was made (including coat tails, duct tape buttons (held on with duct tape string), and a pocket.) The fate of this costume is still unknown (although it has been said that it will be used as the Riff Raff costume for Lancaster at least next year (and probably the year after.))

===FCPS B. LAN. 10.2===
This was my first ever CTY experience. I remember having this dream about it that it would be horrible, boring, and just dull. I got there the first day, a squirrel, with no idea what to expect. I had heard of the Alcove, but I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to join. So I (for lack of a better term) observed them for a week. I decided to join, though I was worried that I wouldn't fit in there. I could describe the many, many experiences I shared with the 10.2 Alcovians, but I'll summarize it into a sentence (which will probably end up in my Passionfruit speech). "Friends like the ones I made there (in those two weeks), you just don't find those kind of people in real life. It has taken me my entire life to find three friends that I trust and enjoy the presence of as the people I met two weeks ago."

About Me

Hi, I'm Aquadrizzt. My real name is Andrew (Andy). I'm your typical bisexual, Alcovian, LANatic ,runner, swimmer, ninja, goth, raver, privated school teenager.

Me+CTY

I am a two more, but unfortunately I missed the first two possible years of my CTY experience (I could have been a five year freak). Parents permitting, I will be dual sessioning at LAN 11 and LAN 12.

Duct Tape

I am (quote) absolutely amazing (end quote) with duct tape.

Riff Raff Costume

This story, like all stories, has a long and boring introduction that must be read to understand it. During first Sunday (LAN 10.2), we had a torrential downpour that <sarcasm> much to many people's great depression </sarcasm> required Mandatory Fun to be cancelled. This rain storm was the most important factor in the creation of a Riff Raff costume...entirely out of Duct Tape.
The Vest
AB Maynard (1HW LAN 10.2 Alcovian) and I collected rolls of duct tape from several members of our hall and co-hall and commenced work on several massive sheets of duct tape fabric. After about an hour or so, we managed to assemble a sheet big enough to make a vest. Originally the vest was designed to be a "biker-vest" and had (in neon orange) 42 on the back. This vest was then worn to the first Saturday dance of LAN 10.2. The next day, having escaped Mandatory Fun, we proceeded to some of the Alcovians on our co-hall. Among them was Alex Kohanski (LAN 11.2 Head Monk), who realized a potential for this vest.
The Costume
Alex suggested that we make the vest into a "Riff Raff" vest. After pillaging borrowing duct tape from him, we created a set of coat tails, a pocket, and a series of functional duct tape buttons. This took several more hours, and a small level of annoyance to our RA, but in the end resulted in an "awesomesauce" costume. The costume was then worn to lunch the next day, much to the enjoyment of the rest of the Alcove. There was much rejoicing.

So yeah...if you want any duct tape clothing, just contact me (post on my talk page).

CTY Experiences

FCPS B. LAN. 10.2

I could describe the many, many experiences I shared with the 10.2 Alcovians, but I'll summarize it into a few sentences (which will probably end up in my Passionfruit speech). "Friends like the ones I made there, in the Alcove, are the kind of people you just don't find in real life. It has taken me my entire life to find three friends that I trust and enjoy the presence of as the people I met two weeks ago."
