CTY International is a program run by Johns Hopkins University, currently operating four sites in three countries. The first site, in Nanjing, China, was founded in 2007, while the other three sites, in Mexico and Spain, opened in 2008.

Courses
At most of the CTY International sites, courses are available both in English and the local language. The lone exception to this is the Nanjing, China site. However, even here, additional Chinese language instruction courses are offered.
