Revision as of 22:01, 5 April 2007
This is part of the CAA program (like Bristol).
The first people came to the Easton site after the Frederick Maryland site said JHU could not come back, as they were renovating all the dorms as this was the first year males could live at the school during the year, in 2003. Many of these "Hood Rats" (the term for both students and faculty who went to Easton after they left Hood College) returned to Lafeyette College in 2003.
Dorms
- South College- All the boys as well as the office/nurse.
- Keefe- Better of the two girl's dorms (think a/c).
- Easton- Less attactive girl's dorm, also the furthest away from everything.
--Beware of blackouts. In the event of one, open all doors and string emergency lights through the hallway. Boys, start sleeping in the lower hallways. BRING FLASHLIGHTS
Traditions
- Easton has dress up days the last week of camp. There is Goth Monday, Preppy Tuesday, and Crossdresser Wednesday. There was also Twin Thursday, but that was much less well known.
- 2006 there was a Passionfruit, but this may not be continued for years to come.
- American Pie, with chanting, circles with kicking of feet at the beginning and end. [beware; injuries have occured during this song.]
- Numa-Numa; played at every single dance
- Swing, Swing. All My Life. and American Pie played last at every dance, in that order
- Casino Night
- Talent Show
