While the Vertical Rule is seemingly "unbreakable" it kind of... isn't. Heh.
What RAs really mean is that they don't want students ON TOP OF each other (I can respect that) or uncomfortably close. They don't have a problem with two love-birds laying next to each other on a grassy knoll. They also don't mind it when a girl sits on a guy's lap. Or the other way around. Sitting on each other's laps was banned in 06.2, however. The state of the infamous "stomach orgies" is uncertain.
