Ultimate frisbee is a game played by a large portion of CTY students. It involves rules similar to football combined with european handball.
There are two endzones, and the goal is for someone to catch the frisbee in the endzone to score a point. There is no contact and no movement with the frisbee, except for steps to stop your momentum. Typically, it is the most played sport in CTY (speaking from the perspective of a one year siena, two year skidmore student). There is also usually a staff-student game.
In conclusion, ultimate frisbee is great.
