Main Page
Welcome back, second sessioners! Sorry that you have to be here and not in a better place. We may be the RealCTY, but maybe you like the regular CTY better. Anyhow, those of you who want to contribute to this here wiki (and please do!), make sure you read the editing policies before starting; they have been updated and are now much more informative. Also, check out our collaborators over at Post-CTY Depression. Thanks! |
Finally, pictures have been enabled for the Courses Template! When the template is called at the top of a courses page, just call an image parameter and set it to a nice, interesting, representative picture of the course (you will, of course, have to upload the picture first). Take a look at the source for the THEO page or the ETYM page if you're not sure how this works! |
Welcome to RealCTY! Enjoy your exploration. Please edit carefully, accurately, with correct formatting and grammar and all that, and don't forget to make an account if you haven't already done so. Thanks! |
I love CTY, I love the Passionfruit, and I love all of you. |
The current state of Post-CTY Depression is: new and improved! And also very shiny. Everyone should stop by. |
Announcements
New Staff: Prefix
Seeing as some pages about staff members function somewhat like fan pages, these pages are being merged into a structure similar to that of Hall of {F,Sh}ame: pages. This means two things:
- Most pages on staff members will be relocated to a page called Staff:???, where ??? is a three-letter site code.
- Sections on staff are now considered semi-open. They will be patrolled for notability in a fashion similar to the HoF and HoS pages, and material deemed unnoteworthy will likely be moved to the Hall: pages.
Existing staff pages that are comprehensive and encyclopedic enough will remain as separate pages, but I don't believe there are many of these (or at least, there are several in each category, but none in both).
Please obey all general editing procedures. |
Editing Reminders
- Use proper grammar and spelling.
- Italicize or enquotulate the titles of books, songs, movies, etc.
- Alphabetize the Lexicon.
- Keep categories at the bottom of pages.
- Divide pages by site as necessary in the following order, Lancaster | Carlisle | Los Angeles (LMU) | Saratoga Springs (Skidmore) | Baltimore (JHU) | Hawaii | CAA.
Welcome
This is your CTY website. It's yours. A quick intro:
- Use the RealCTY:Community Portal to see what's new on the site.
- Find and advertise reunions, and plan with friends for next session.
- Play in the Sandbox.
- 72633455064916235913983 (This was the original content of Prune me, move me, change me, share me. It does not appear to hold meaning.)
- Maybe if we write Center for Talented Youth on the Main Page, Google will notice us in a search of said words!
Before you start editing, read this page.
Please don't destroy pages in any way; many people have worked hard on the success of this site. Deformattings, mass deletions, vandalism, and spamming may result in bannage.
If you like this site, please advertise it to CTYers you know, or to potential CTYers (that you potentially know!). The more, the merrier!
