CTY is a summer camp where students get to learn and have fun in an tolerant, open community. This website is devoted to describing every aspect of the CTY experience.
CTY officially stands for Center for Talented Youth, and is run by Johns Hopkins University. It accepts all students who have completed the 7th grade up until the age of 16.
It should be noted that although CTY was created so that nerds can go learn more when they're not in school, it has become so much more. The things you do and the people you love when you go to CTY stay with you for a lifetime, and many people choose to return time and time again, even when they've taken all the classes that intrest them. CTY = LOVE.
