Taking Action: Leadership and Service

Ah, service learning. Taken only at Johns Hopkins, taught by the great Trae (as of 07.2), and taken by the great students like me! In this course, you basically learn about social issues and then attempt to take a whack at them. It's a fun course, not too much writing and some really good reading. Some highlights include: the trip to DC, the trip to the soup kitchen "Our Daily Bread", and the trip to Centerstage, a nonprofit theater.
