Otter Lee is still rather new to the CTY experience, he is known for being a regular in Acting Improv and winning the Lip Synch Contest at Lancaster Session Two. He was a resident of Frank Wang's hall. He was in fact a witness to the Horrific Fire extinguisher incident.
