Otter Lee is still rather new to the CTY experience,but is well-known for being a regular in Acting Improv and winning the Lip Synch Contest with the song "Girlfriend" at Lancaster Session Two. He was a resident of Frank Wang's hall and was in fact a witness to the Horrific Fire extinguisher incident shortly after singing Before He Cheats at Quad Time. He likes writing poetry and screeching. Otter is double-jointed and hates the idea of Amish, Young, and Poor because he believes the youth of Lancaster should not be driven to the Dark Side of Angst-ridden teenage years,
