1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 is an Acting Improv game much like Freeze.
Participants
5 people, one in at a time, then one out at a time.
How does it work?
One person starts out in the center of the circle, acting out a scene. Someone from the circle then commands the person to stop. The new person comes in and starts a completely different scene. The process is repeated until there are five actors in the circle, at which time the last actor to join must find a reason to leave the current scene. Once s/he leaves, the remaining actors revert back to the previous scene (e.g, when the fifth actor leaves, it goes back to the fourth scene) incorporating their current positions into the new (old) scene. This also continues until the last (first) person finds an reason to leave, at which time the game is over.
A variation of this game is Superheroes.
