Site History
Dominican University is named after St. Dominic de Guzman, who was the founder of the Dominican Order, now better known as the Order of Preachers. The University became fully coeducational in 1971 after previously being an all women college. It is the smallest university in California to host a Governor's debate. And Edgehill Manor (In the photo) got a new renovation in 2010. The mansion has been at the site since 1893, or 123 years.
