Hey, My name is Lee. I'm an alum of CTY (LAN primarily, with one session stint at JHU) with my NoMore year in 2000 (I think). I've had a great deal of experience with raising and moderating a wiki, as evidenced by my work on The Uncyclopedia, being one of the first admins (Same name) and a long-time bureaucrat. It's been a long time since I was in CTY, but I'd be willing to lend my assistance, as well as the knowledge and wisdom of other veteran admins I can readily draw upon as well. I'm glad to see a wiki regarding everything CTY, and I'd like to see it flourish and become a beacon for CTYers (not that there aren't enough, but I do have a fondness for the wiki system).
