In my passion fruit speech for 26.1, I had so many things I wanted to say but there was a 1 minute time limit that was imposed and I forgot to thank a bunch of my hall mates and stuff. Here are some main points of what I did get to say: -My dad went to LAN in the 90s and he said it change his life. I'll admit, I was skeptical about CTY before going, but I soon realized that it changed my life too -I really appreciated meeting so many people from all over the world! -I like you, I love you, I CTY you, and I love the Passionfruit

To new CTYers (who somehow stumble upon my site but what are actually the odds of that): If you're feeling nervous about going to CTY, that nervousness will fade within a day of getting there. CTY is a magical place and it will change your life. If possible, choose CAR (Carlisle) because it is currently the longest running (rip LAN) and has the most traditions. I still miss the last 5 songs of every dance (Iris, Forever Young, Stairway to Heaven, Mr. Brightside, American Pie)!
